I struggled with chronic pain for years. I was tired of doctors only giving me options to temporarily solve my problem with surgeries or pharmaceuticals. I wanted to fix it at the root cause and I felt helpless. It was difficult to find information on ways to naturally heal myself. Over time, I slowly learned more and more about how to heal myself and prevent further illness.
